I wanted to let you know how delighted we are with the work that has been done on the Santa Special reminder cards, the Santa Special timetable and our timetable/information leaflet.
As you know, we had been using the same company for some years and I wanted to get a "new look" and freshen our material up a bit. We have had so many positive comments!
The Santa Special reminder goes out to 8,000 and the new style and ideas that you put into this made it so eye-catching it was hard to ignore! This was also true of the leaflet advertising the Santas. I have to tell
you that our Santa Special passenger numbers increased by 16% in 2012 and I am convinced that had something to do with the originality of ideas and design.
I have always been delighted by you and your team's efficiency and friendliness and I would not hesitate to give PPS my highest recommendation. Please pass on my thanks to your team, they really do a great job and you should be very proud of them.
