PPS Print Code of Conduct

PPS Print is committed to ethical business practices and respectful working relationships. We uphold these standards ourselves and expect everyone dealing with us to follow the relevant requirements below.

1. Visitors and Clients

Please treat our staff and everyone you meet through PPS Print with courtesy and respect. Bullying, discrimination, harassment, including sexual harassment, abuse, threats and intimidation are unacceptable, whether in person, by phone or through work-related communications.

When visiting, follow our site safety rules and staff instructions, sign in where required and obtain permission before entering production or restricted areas.

Report concerns privately to sam@pps-print.com. We will take concerns seriously and handle them sensitively, sharing information only where necessary. Nobody should face retaliation for raising a concern honestly.

Unacceptable behaviour may result in a conversation or visit being stopped, removal from site or a review of the business relationship.

2. Suppliers, Contractors and Other Third Parties

The respectful behaviour, site safety and reporting requirements above also apply to suppliers, contractors, drivers, engineers and subcontractors.

Your organisation must not use child labour and must prohibit its worst forms, eliminate forced or compulsory labour, including trafficked labour, prevent discrimination in employment and occupation, and respect freedom of association and the effective right to collective bargaining.

Notify PPS Print of any proposed changes to an order’s scope, specification, quantity, price or delivery date. Obtain our written approval before proceeding with changes or incurring additional charges.

Share these requirements with relevant staff and subcontractors, cooperate with investigations and do not retaliate against anyone who raises a concern honestly.

Any separate FSC outsourcing agreement remains applicable to the work it covers and is not replaced by this code.

Breaches may result in corrective action, restrictions on site access, a request for a different representative or a review of the business relationship, subject to applicable contractual terms.
